The moderation team helps maintain the quality and integrity of the platform by reviewing content and applying its policies consistently.
  • Your responsibilities
    • Review videos, images, text and audio according to established moderation procedures.
    • Assess whether published material follows the platform’s content policies.
    • Identify and flag content that violates the applicable rules.
    • Apply platform standards and legal requirements accurately and consistently.
    • Record moderation decisions and the actions taken.
    • Recognise recurring issues and report relevant content patterns.
    • Handle potentially sensitive material professionally.
  • Required experience and skills
    • Fluent written and spoken English.
    • Excellent attention to detail.
    • Ability to complete repetitive tasks accurately and efficiently.
    • Critical-thinking skills and confidence applying detailed content policies.
    • Ability to remain professional when reviewing sensitive or potentially disturbing material.
    • Experience in content moderation, social media or a related field is preferred but not required.
